WHAT IS NEEDED TO USE FIGC SERVICE?

FIGC CARD:

   THE CARD MUST BE PHYSICALLY IN THE POSSESSION OF THE APPLICANT.

   WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED VALID:

   PHOTOCOPIES OF FOGL IVARIES

   CERTIFICATES OF ANY KIND

   WEB PAGES

   MAIL

   OTHER CARDS THAN THOSE CONSIDERED VALID (SEE QUESTION BELOW)


   FIGC PORTAL PROFILE REGISTRATION

WHICH CARDS ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR ACCREDITATION?

Accreditation can be issued to all holders of the following cards (endorsed by the AGENZIA DELLE ENTRATE on both front and back):

- CONI National and Provincial cards issued for the current season we requested

- FIGC Tribune/Tribune Honor cards National and Provincial issued for the current season

HOW CAN I REGISTER MY PROFILE ON FIGC PORTAL?

1. register your profile at www.inter.it (if you do not already have one)

2. log on to www.inter.it and go to the section TICKETS -> ACCREDITS -> FIGC 

3. insert in the appropriate spaces NITIDE and readable photos in all their details: 

    - of the valid ID card/passport, photographed both front and back (open if they are paper documents), in JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF formats, no smaller than 400 x 400 in size; 

    - of the valid FIGC membership card for the current season, photographed both front and back, in JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF formats, no smaller than 400 x 400 in size;

4. Wait for the validation of the profile by the club, which will communicate by automatic email the successful process or any problems of non-acceptance and related changes to be made.

HOW DO I REQUEST MATCH CREDIT?

1. go into your FIGC profile

2. click, when opened, on the desired event

3. wait for email confirmation of the request 


NB: in case of impediment it will be possible to cancel the accreditation request made, no later than the closing date of the procedure

If the accreditation is not cancelled within the above terms, it will no longer be possible to do so.*.

No emails of any kind will be accepted for non-accreditation.

WHEN DO I GET MY CREDIT?

After the arrival of the acceptance confirmation email you will need to: 

1. wait for the closing of applications

2. wait for the printing of the access ticket by the company

3. wait for the title to be sent by email


 DO NOT WRITE TO ASK, "WHEN WILL YOU SEND ME THE TITLE?"

 

The printing and subsequent sending of access titles does not have a specific timeline, but titles will ALWAYS (ALWAYS) be sent in time for access to the event.

WHERE ARE THE RESERVED SEATS LOCATED?

The location of the seats inside the stadium can always undergo significant shifts according to the needs of the club, normally they are at the second blue side ring (red side).

WHAT EVENTS ARE AVAILABLE?

Available matches will ALWAYS be only those that can be viewed directly on your profile page in the ACCREDITS - NEXT MATCH LIST space, as and when they are decided to open (sometimes even a few days before the match itself).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. The title is PERSONAL and NOT CEDIBLE

2. ALWAYS show up with access title and VALID ID.

3. Entry will not be allowed, even if in possession of a regular ticket, if irregularities or inconsistencies are found in the controls

4. In the event of non-entry (for any reason not related to a change by the company) without prior cancellation of the reservation to be made by following the procedure described under HOW TO RECEIVE PARTICIPATION ACCREDITATION, the user will be placed on the MISSED ENTRY list. After two missed entries, the user will no longer be able to use the service until the end of the season
