“The most important thing this evening was to pick up the three points. It was important to win for our morale and mentality, and also to prepare as best we can for the match against Porto. It’s never easy to play against Udinese; you just need to look back at the reverse fixture. We did well and were fortunate not to concede a second, and then we scored ourselves. I’m always available to help the team. Now, the match against Porto awaits, and it’ll be vital to win at home. They’re strong; I played against them for Roma and know they’re a tough side. Easy games don’t exist in the Champions League.”
