MILAN -Christian Vieri is today celebrating his 48th birthday.
The former forward scored 123 goals in 190 appearances for the Nerazzurri, including an unforgettable hat-trick against Hellas Verona on his debut.
A powerful striker who always seemed to score goals at important times, Vieri won the Coppa Italia with Inter in 2004/05 and also finished the 2002/02 Serie A season as top scorer with 24 goals. Vieri currently sits ninth in the all-time Inter goalscoring charts.
