El Toro is back and once again decisive. His goal in Udine last season was fundamental for the Second Star and yesterday we saw him at it once again. Davide Frattesi’s goal after just 43 seconds was the fastest goal in a Serie A game since 27 May 2023 when Romelu Lukaku scored for Inter after 40 seconds of the game against Atalanta. The Nerazzurri midfielder is making more and more important contributions to the side and consistency in attack: he has been involved in six goals in the last six games he started for Inter in Serie A with three goals and three assists.

THE THURAM FACTOR

It has been a positive season so far for Marcus Thuram. As well as having scored four goals this season, the Frenchman provided his fifth assist for Lautaro Martinez in Serie A against Udinese. The Nerazzurri number 9 is the forward who has provided the most assists to a single teammate since the start of last season.
