The winning run continue for Argentina, who are top of South American qualifying for the World Cup. The Albiceleste beat Chile by three goals to nil at the Monumental in Buenos Aires - Mac Allister, Alvarez and Dybala with the goals.
Inter's captain, Lautaro Martinez, started the game and played 78 minutes before making way for Garnacho. El Toro paved the way for Mac Allister's opener with a brilliant dummy in the area to allow the midfielder to make it 1-0.
Argentina's next game is against Colombia on Tuesday night.
