We’re paying a heavy price for not killing off matches, but the lads are showing incredible commitment and working so hard. It’s not easy to explain how the match finished in a draw given all the chances we created. There is huge disappointment, with many fans having come here to cheer us on. I can’t reproach the lads at all in terms of the effort they put in, and we did what we’d prepared. The result isn’t a fair reflection, but it must push us on even more for what awaits us in the near future. We interpreted the match well and had several chances, hitting the bar and being denied by Ochoa. We’re going through a complicated spell in the league and know how football works. We’re not being rewarded in terms of results, but what we can do is work even harder. Strikers can go through moments like this, and we need to work better to ensure that luck and results start going our way. We have many games to play, and we’ll try to involve everyone.”
