“It was important to have the right approach to the game; the boys were brilliant because Salernitana had caused a threat to some of the big teams and we knew that it wouldn't be an easy game. The title race? We've done really well up to now and are keeping up a great rhythm. We know there's still a long way to go and that we'll need to be up for a lot of games in quick succession. We won our first trophy of the season but we need to keep going, knowing that there will be hurdles along the way and we need to be the ones to make the difference by keeping our concentration. The Atletico game? They're a great side that have lost their last two games, though had a lot of chances. They've got some top players and have a top coach. It's a really tough tie.”
