Inter and Nike present the 2024/25 Away Shirt, which pays homage to the architecture of Milano and its reinterpretation in the world of fashion.
The new away kit intertwines the colours of the city’s architecture with the sophisticated elegance of Milano’s high fashion. The grey palette, used by stylists since the 1970s and now found on the kit, takes inspiration from the gothic and industrial aesthetic of Milano, which has been used over the years as a background for new collections in Milanese fashion.
White dominates the shirt and is synonymous with style and elegance. It is enriched by grey tones – a colour that is historically part of Inter’s DNA – on the shoulders, chest, and sleeves. The tricolour returns to the centre of the shirt, with the monogram badge and two stars placed on the heart. The shirt also has a collar, which reawakens decades worth of unforgettable football memories.
Like the home shirt, the away kit has been made using Dri-FIT ADV, an innovative fabric made by Nike that is designed to offer freshness and lightness while keeping the skin dry through big moments in sport.
The away kit was presented using a series of content closely linked to the fashion world. The traditional shots featuring Hakan Calhanoglu, Federico Dimarco, Marcus Thuram, Lina Magull and Matilde Pavan are accompanied by an editorial photo shoot and a video reel that shows first-team players Piotr Zielinski, Mehdi Taremi and Yann Bisseck and Inter Women’s Ivana Andres and Michela Cambiaghi in striking poses, expressions and lighting effects to represent the “effortless” elegance conveyed by the colour white and the personality of those who wear the kit. The video also shows the parallelism between the architectural inspiration and the design elements behind the kit.
The new 2024/25 away shirt will be available from today, 8 August, on the official online store store.inter.it, at Inter Store Milano, Inter Store Castello and Inter Store San Siro and the Nike stores in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, and from 14th August at authorised resellers. The shirt will make its debut on the pitch in London on Sunday 11 August in the friendly against Chelsea.
