It was busy evening for Nerazzurri players' respective countries taking part in Euro 2024 qualifying games and friendlies. Goals, excitement and assists rained down in Group B games, which saw France beat the Republic of Ireland and the Netherlands over Greece. Star of the night in the first game was Marcus Thuram, who scored for the first time in a France shirt, making it 2-0 following Tchouaméni's opener. Benjamin Pavard also came on towards the end of the game.

An easy victory for the Netherlands saw them run out 3-0 winners against Greece thanks to an inspired Denzel Dumfries who was involved in de Roon's goal before providing two assists for Gapko and Weghorst's goals. Also Stefan de Vrij played the entire second half after coming on at half-time.

Marko Arnautovic came on at half-time in the friendly between Austria and Moldova, while Agoumè provided the goal to make it 3-0 shortly after coming on in France Under 21s' 4-1 friendly victory over Denmark.
