Inter Campus for the elimination of violence against women

On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, everyone has a responsibility to mobilise in support of a collective cause. Because Human Rights have no gender and belong to everyone.
But there is also an even greater duty, namely to contribute to the creation of a better society through concrete action on a daily basis. Change is a long-term process and comes about through education, a culture of respect and prevention activities in support of minors and their families.
Gender equality is at the heart of many Inter Campus projects, some of which feature girls as the absolute stars. In various countries - including Angola, Cambodia, Lebanon, Mexico, Nepal, Tunisia and Venezuela - despite the socio-cultural stereotypes that often stand in the way of female participation, our football camps welcome hundreds of young girls, who often outnumber their male counterparts.
In precarious and often violent situations, the playing field becomes an oasis in the centre of the neighborhood. The Inter jersey serves as a defensive barrier, behind which participants feel a little stronger. It allows them to assert themselves in the community, to further their passions, to stand up for free choices. All of this is possible thanks to the support of the Nerazzurri family, which guarantees protection, provides a listening ear and promotes dialogue.
Inter stands by girls and boys all over the world, today and every day.
