The U19 derby goes the way of the Nerazzurri! Satriano's brace and a goal from Vezzoni secure the three points and bring Madonna's Inter up to second place

MILAN - The week of #DerbyMilano began in the best possible way for Inter, who win the derby valid for the 10th matchday of the Primavera 1 TIM championship with a clear 3-0 win. At Vismara Sports Centre, Armando Madonna's boys did not need much time to secure the three points with Satriano's brace and Vezzoni's goal.

The Nerazzurri were simply perfect in the first half: in the 20th minute Satriano took advantage of a defensive error by the Rossoneri and slotted the ball into the net with his left. Shortly after the half hour mark, Franco Vezzoni doubled the advantage with a surgically crafted shot with his left that was placed right in the corner. There was also time to add a third in the final moments of the half, again with Satriano: Martin gets on the end of Oristanio’s free kick and with his head he makes it 3-0. This goal is an exclamation point on the first 45 minutes for the Nerazzurri.

In the second half AC Milan attacked with more character, but the best opportunities went the way of the Nerazzurri. Like in the 55th minute, when Oristanio hit the wall from a free kick from the edge of the box. In the last quarter of the match Armando Madonna’s men limit themselves to managing the game and as the minutes tick by the match is put to sleep.

The referee’s final whistle confirms Inter’s triumph, allowing the Nerazzurri to climb to second place in the standings, three points behind league leaders Roma. Another prestigious challenge awaits the Inter Under 19 team on Saturday at 13:00 CET, a home match against Juventus.
