MILAN – Inter Classics is back as we relive another match from the Nerazzurri's recent past.

Today, on 16 May, we were only ever going to choose one match: the game played against Siena at the Stadio Artemio Franchi, Inter's final match of the 2009/10 season. Thanks to Milito's goal, the Nerazzurri secured their 18th Scudetto title and the second trophy of their Treble-winning campaign.

A FEW STATISTICS

• During the 2009/10 Serie A campaign, Inter kept 17 clean sheets: the Nerazzurri haven't done better in this regard since.

• Inter scored 75 goals during the 2009/10 season.

• Maicon set up eleven goals during the 2009/10 campaign. When it comes to assists, only one Inter player has managed to reach double figures in Serie A since that season: Antonio Candreva in 2016/17 (ten).

• The 2009/10 Serie A campaign was the only season in which Julio César didn't miss a single minute during his Inter career: the goalkeeper was involved in all 3420 minutes.
