The Nerazzurri were at Suning Training Centre this morning for gym work, rondos and tactical drills
APPIANO GENTILE - Stefano Vecchi put the Nerazzurri through their paces with a morning session on Friday as the team push on with preparations for Sunday's game away to Lazio.
The lads started off with some strength work and injury-prevention exercises in the gym before moving outside for rondos and circuit training then finished with a long session dedicated to tactics.
