The side playing at home has won all four Serie A matches between Salernitana and Inter, with both sides earning two wins apiece.
The most recent such meeting came in April 1999, Salernitana beating Inter 2-0. Inter are one of only three sides that Salernitana have both a 100% win rate and clean sheet rate at home against in their Serie A history, alongside Lazio and Bologna.
Inter have kept only one clean sheet in their last 13 away games against Campania sides in Serie A (W3 D4 L6).
Salernitana haven’t scored in any of their last three home Serie A games, already their longest streak without a home goal in the competition.

Inter have won their last four league games by an aggregate score of 11-0; in their Serie A history, only twice before they won five matches in a row without conceding a goal, doing so in 1989 and 1996.
Inter have had more touches in the opposition box in Serie A this season than any other side (510); indeed, the Nerazzurri have also attempted the most shots from inside the box (198) and scored the most goals from inside the box (37) this term.
Lautaro Martínez (24 years, 112 days) is the seventh-youngest player in Inter’s history to score 10+ goals in three different Serie A seasons, after Giuseppe Meazza, Benito Lorenzi, Antonio Angelillo, Sandro Mazzola, Alessandro Altobelli and Mauro Icardi.
Nicolò Barella has provided more assists in Serie A this season than any other player (seven); the only Inter player to provide more assists in the first half of a season since Serie A returned to 20 teams (from 2004/2005) was Antonio Candreva, who had eight in 2017/2018.
