In addition to an initial interview aimed at assessing soft skills, motivation to join our teams and a good knowledge of English, the candidate may be asked to complete an assessment, based on their seniority and position to which they are applying. The following technical interview, led by the head of function, will allow the candidate to identify the specialist skills of the department in which they wish to integrate. The candidate may be presented with specific business cases that allow them to get involved in practical cases related to future activities. QUALIFICATIONS / ABILITIES
Previous experience in the chosen role/department
Excellent knowledge of the Office package (particularly Power Point and Excel)
Fluency in English is required, a second language is a plus;
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

CYBERSECURITY ANALYST
The Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for ensuring the organization's digital assets are protected from unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats. This role involves implementing, monitoring, and managing security measures to protect systems, networks, and data while maintaining compliance with security standards and best practices. The Cybersecurity Analyst must maintain IT security controls documentation and create awareness about security policy and security issues at all levels of the organization.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Monitoring Endpoint Protection system;
Monitoring security systems and platforms;
Develop and deliver security awareness programs and phishing simulations;
Support in design and implementation of security policies and procedures;
Support for the SOC activities;
Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, penetration testing and implement related remediation;
Investigate security incidents and respond to events in real-time;
Create details report about security incidents;
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or similar;
Working proficiency in English language;
Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CISA, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.);
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable;
1–2 years of experience in IT security, cybersecurity, or a related field;
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
Effective communication skills to articulate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;
GENERAL SERVICES OFFICER
JOB PURPOSE
The General Services Officer supports different logistics activities (eg. Nike order: demand management, order management and delivery) working with sport dpts, technical sponsor and outsourced warehouse. He/she is responsible for various tasks related to guarantee some essential services, such as car fleet management, uniform and travel management. He can also be involved in HQ facility maintenance activities (eg. Facility management, security monitoring, operative support such as basic maintenance and repair, materials handling, custodial services, logistical support, routine security and/or customer services,…).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate activities related to supply of Nike products considering stakeholder’s needs, deadline and budget
Ensure a proper and accurate car fleet management (end to end process from car assignment and delivery to maintenance, damages management…)
Fines and fuel cards monitoring and reporting about usage, costs, consumptions
Ensure and support the official uniform management, from an organizational perspective, also with relationship with the suppliers
Overview of business travel to guarantee policy compliance and right performance of travel agency
Performs various general office support as assigned
Support in maintaining relationship with our warehouse supplier, through inventory control, and/or order management
May assist with and/or coordinate larger on-site maintenance/repair projects as required
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-3 Years of experience in General Services and/or Facility Management
Diligent attention to detail and good analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and proficient in spoken and written English
