All CV’s received are read and analyzed by our HR Team and profiles that match the opportunities are called for an aptitude and technical interview. In addition to an initial interview aimed at assessing soft skills, motivation to join our teams and a good knowledge of English, the candidate may be asked to complete an assessment, based on their seniority and position to which they are applying. The following technical interview, led by the head of function, will allow the candidate to identify the specialist skills of the department in which they wish to integrate. The candidate may be presented with specific business cases that allow them to get involved in practical cases related to future activities. Upon successful completion of the selection process, the candidate will receive an offer and will embark on an exciting adventure!

CHINESE SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

JOB PURPOSE

The Chinese Social Media Intern is responsible for supporting the development of digital content for the social media platforms, with particular focus and expertise on China market. He/She develops dedicated strategies to increase the relevance of Inter Chinese social media channels, in strong cooperation with the Chinese agency. The responsibilities will also include content reviews in Chinese language, organization of workflow between Chinese agency and Inter Media House team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organise the Chinese social media plan and manage its daily operation coordinating with Global social media team and Chinese agency

  • Support HQ team in implementing the global campaigns, with a strong focus on the Chinese audience and on developing dedicated social contents

  • Ensures that the digital content/campaigns for Chinese audience are in line with the Inter brand positioning and image

  • Develop the content strategy dedicated to Chinese audience, create ad hoc content and online activities for relevant key moments in China

  • Assist the Content team in preparing reports and benchmarking analysis with focus on China market

  • Coordinate the translation workflow for the Chinese language version of inter.it

  • Create and coordinate digital content related to regional partners, local Inter Clubs and Academies

  • Whereas needed, coordinate projects and external partners, such as agencies and consultants, in order to perform the above-mentioned tasks, ensuring high quality content and compliance with timetables and budgets at all times.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related discipline

  • Fluent speaker and writer in Mandarin, English and Italian

  • Keen on digital and content marketing, with an ongoing focus on evolution of industry trends and platforms

  • Football/Sport enthusiast

  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, great ability to deliver effective presentations

  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects, possess the ability to work independently and achieve established deadlines and goals

  • Analytical skills (able to analyse, assess data, determine trends and opportunities, identify problems and suggest solutions)

  • Good business knowledge of the Club brand values, working tools and appropriate language to be used on the different digital platforms

  • Experience in Sport & Entertainment is considered a plus

SETTORE GIOVANILE E FEMMINILE - MAGAZZINIERE

RUOLO

Il magazziniere si occupa dell’equipaggiamento sportivo del Settore Giovanile e Femminile, del suo stoccaggio e mantenimento. Il magazziniere, inoltre, verifica che ci sia sempre abbastanza materiale disponibile per coprire tutte le esigenze che possono presentarsi. Il ruolo è essenziale nell’assicurare che l’equipaggiamento vitale per l’attività sportiva del Settore Giovanile e Femminile sia fornito e riassortito in tempo.

RESPONSABILITÀ
  • Prepara e distribuisce l’abbigliamento necessario per ogni giocatore e membro dello staff tecnico e medico per il loro lavoro nei campi di allenamento.

  • Fornisce lo staff di tutto il materiale da campo necessario per le sessioni di allenamento.

  • Prepara il materiale necessario per le squadre che giocano in casa ed in trasferta e lo sistema nello spogliatoio dedicato o, eventualmente, nell’albergo dove soggiorna la squadra.

  • Adopera i macchinari messi a disposizione per lavare ed asciugare tutti i kit usati dai giocatori e dallo staff per allenamento o partita, dopo aver provveduto a recuperarli.

  • Si occupa del rifornimento dei detersivi e di verificare il corretto funzionamento di lavatrici ed asciugatrici.

  • Adatta il kit di allenamento alle condizioni metereologiche.

  • Organizza la spedizione di tutto il materiale tecnico e di campo per i ritiri delle squadre.

  • Stampa le magliette con i loghi commerciali richiesti ed applica le patch Lega (o altre competizioni).

  • Personalizza i kit di allenamento di giocatori e staff e l’abbigliamento di rappresentanza.

  • Gestisce l’inventario del materiale su piattaforma digitalizzata (Nav Dynamics).

  • Rifornisce gli spogliatoi, quando utilizzati, di acqua e bevande calde.Contribuisce al mantenimento dell’ordine e del decoro del centro sportivo.

CONDIZIONI LAVORATIVE

I carichi di lavori sono legati alla pianificazione delle attività del Settore Giovanile e Femminile. É richiesta la presenza anche nei fine settimana per le partite in casa ed in trasferta e la partecipazione al ritiro estivo della squadra assegnata. É necessaria una buona condizione fisica per la movimentazione del materiale e le attività lavorative si svolgono anche all’esterno. Richiesta la patente B.
