Il suo gol, in campionato a San Siro, mancava dal 28 febbraio, contro l'Atalanta. Un digiuno interrotto e festeggiato con i tifosi. Si tratta del gol 135 in nerazzurro per il centravanti argentino, che prende il largo nella classifica dei marcatori di tutti i tempi con l'Inter.

“Sono contento di aver segnato a San Siro: era passato un po' di tempo, ma soprattutto è importante aver portato a casa questa vittoria, è pesantissima. Dovevamo chiudere il match prima, siamo consapevoli di questo: è necessario essere determinati e crescere, soprattutto nei dettagli. Il finale di gara? Non ho capito i sette minuti di recupero, ho un po' di rabbia perché se vogliamo un calcio migliore dobbiamo migliorare tutti.”
