In the 2011/12 season, the Nerazzurri played out an explosive 5-4 win in a thrilling game. The star of the show was Milito with a hat-trick, whilst Samuel and Zarate rounded out the scoresheet for the Nerazzurri. For Genoa, a brace for Gilardino and goals from Moretti and Palacio, in a game that had us on the edge of our seats until the very last second.
In the 2021/22 season, Inter started off the season with four goals, dominating from first to last. Skriniar opened the scoring in the 6th minute, then came a beauty from Calhanoglu in the 14th minute. In the second half, Vidal and Dzeko put it to bed, gifting the Nerazzurri a perfect season opener.
