Career Story

Haley Bugeja was born in Pietà, on the island of Malta, on 5 May 2004.

A ductile and fast striker, Bugeja started playing football with Mġarr United, the team with which she made her debut in the Maltese league at the age of just 14. In two seasons he scored 48 goals, then moved to Sassuolo in Italy. In two seasons in neroverde he scored 15 goals, then moved to Orlando Pride in the United States before joining Inter Milan in the summer of 2023.

Bugeja made his debut with the Maltese senior national team at the age of 15, in 2020, scoring on his debut.
