Workshop in Milano for Inter Academy Chile

A delegation from Inter Academy Chile received full immersion in the Club for a workshop in Milano. Last week, they did a series of activities that began on Tuesday 24 October when the attendees watched our U19s in the UEFA Youth League and First Team in the UEFA Champions League, both against FC Salzburg. Most of their on-pitch activities took place at the KONAMI Youth Development Centre where the young players got the chance to train with the Youth Sector in a session organised by the Academy's staff. Ivan Zamorano also took part in the session. As well as training, the kids met Inter Women goalkeepers Francesca Durante and Alessia Piazza, as well as two players from our Men's U17, Zarate Hidalgo and Hugo Gomez.

The Chilean delegation got a 360° look at the Inter universe with many activities, none more precious than meeting Alexis Sanchez, who met the kids after the win against Roma and posed for photos to conclude an amazing evening at San Siro. There were also various special moments involving three members of Inter Club Chile, such as watching the warm-up pitchside and witnessing the victory decided by Marcus Thuram's goal.

Enriching the week-long workshop for Inter Academy Chile was a visit to the Inter HQ on the Viale della Liberazione where the kids got the chance to go on a Trophy Room Tour and discover the Club and its history.
