Simone Inzaghi wins the Golden Bench

It's a prestigious recognition, a tribute to his colleagues and an award for his excellent job: Simone Inzaghi has won the Golden Bench for the 2023/24 season. The Nerazzurri manager, in charge for Inter's great campaign when we won our 20th Scudetto and the Italian Supercup, was awarded this prize in the ceremony that took place at Covericano.

On Monday 24 March, in the Federal Training Centre's auditorium, the 33rd edition of the Golden Bench was held. This event was organised by the FIGC's Technical Sector. It's a celebration that's more than just a trophy: football is the winner. It's a recognition given to managers that experience the passion and challenge of this job, day in day out.

Simone Inzaghi's prize is a tribute to a manager capable of giving identity, quality and consistency to his team. Inter were able to impose themselves in games with strong play, mentality and results, gaining the admiration of all in the world of football. It is an achievement that recognises the work of the manager and his staff, throughout a period of growth that has brought Inter right to the top.
