A 2-1 friendly victory for the Azzurri: Frattesi features for 66 minutes, while Barella comes on at half-time

The first match involving Nerazzurri players currently away on international duty has taken place: in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Luciano Spalletti's Italy recorded a 2-1 friendly victory over Venezuela.

In a game that saw Genoa striker Mateo Retegui bag a decisive brace, Davide Frattesi played 66 minutes before being substituted. Nicolò Barella, meanwhile, came on at half-time.

It was Frattesi's twelfth appearance for his country, while Barella earned his 52nd cap yesterday.
