InterNationals, Zielinski scores for Poland

International duty continued for the Nerazzurri's players. Piotr Zielinski played for Poland last night in their third game in the 2024/25 Nations League.

Zielinski, who started the game and played the full 90, scored in the 78th minute of the Poles' 3-1 defeat to Portugal. Bernardo Silva, Cristiano Ronaldo and a Bednarek own-goal in the 88th minute secured the win for the Portuguese. Poland are still on three points in Group 1 of League A, behind leaders Portugal on 9 points and second-place Croatia on 6 points; Scotland are bottom with no points to their name.
