Four Nerazzurri players were in action this evening in the Nations League with the first groups of the competition concluded and places confirmed for the final stages. At the Johan Cruijff Arena in Amsterdam, the Netherlands beat Belgium 1-0, topping Group A and putting the Dutch through to the Final Four. Denzel Dumfries and Stefan De Vrij both played their part with the wide man playing the full 90 minutes and the central defender coming on for the last 25 minutes of the match.

Three points, first place and qualification to the Final Four also for Croatia and Marcelo Brozovic, who beat Austria 3-1 in Vienna. The Nerazzurri central midfielder was picked in the starting line-up but was forced to go off after 18 minutes.
In the afternoon, Milan Skriniar's Slovakia drew 1-1 with Belarus in Group 3 of League C. Captaining his side, the defender played the entire game. Slovakia end their Nations League campaign finishing third in the group.
