Inter vs. Frosinone: special gym session for Nike Members and Inter Friends

The match against Frosinone was a unique moment, on and off the pitch. At San Siro, where the victory was opened by Dimarco's stunner and closed by Calhanoglu's penalty, Nike Members and Inter Friends had a unique experience, with an exclusive workout with trainer Paolo Zotta in the Nike Sky Lounge. Guests had the chance to train while wearing the Metcon 9 and Free Metcon 5 workout shoes, which represent Nike's latest innovation in functional training footwear, before watching Simone Inzaghi's Inter win on the pitch.

The class alternated a series of exercises designed specifically for a perfect workout, in line with the weekly training programmes that Nike has launched on its apps, NTC and NRC, to combine training, running and yoga activities (find out more on the NTC app).
