MILANO - Inter and the world of gaming are forming an increasingly strong union. For the fourth consecutive year, the Club will participate in Milan Games Week & Cartoomics, the most important appointment at a national level as far as Esports is concerned. Held at Rho Fiera Milano from 24 to 26 November, the event has been a prestigious showcase for the entire sector since 2011, as evidenced by the thousands of visitors who have taken part in recent years.
Inter will be hosted in hall 13, at the Mkers stand. On this occasion, the Nerazzurri will draw upon their collaboration with Blue Lock, a shonen manga written by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and drawn by Yusuke Nomura, published in Japan by the illustrious Kōdansha publishing house and distributed in Italy by Panini Comics.
The connection between Inter and Blue Lock was initiated during the Japan Tour 2023, when a visual graphic campaign was created ad hoc for communication of the Club's digital content during matches on Japanese soil, and also by a showcase in the city of Tokyo, as well as an event during which Nicolò Barella met the authors of the manga. "Blue Lock" is a very popular manga that uses an innovative narrative of the world of football, in a perfect mix of sport and gaming, to tell the adventures of Isagi Yoichi and the 300 most promising young strikers in Japan who participate in a revolutionary training method in the Blue Lock structure, to create the best striker in the world. The collaboration aims to strengthen Inter's brand in the fields of culture and art and reach the youngest generations worldwide.
There will be plenty of entertainment opportunities during Milan Games Week & Cartoomics: the Inter stand will feature a photo booth and a dedicated backdrop. Fans visiting the stand will also receive a Nerazzurro gift.
