— May 19th 2024On the day the Scudetto trophy will be lifted at San Siro, the Nerazzurri play out a 1-1 draw with the Biancocelesti in their final home game of the season
On the day of the trophy presentation, Inter played out a 1-1 draw with Lazio on matchday 37 in Serie A. For a long time, it seemed like the Nerazzurri were heading for defeat after Kamada’s first-half opener. However, in the closing stages, Dumfries headed Sanchez’s free-kick into the net to deservedly bring Inzaghi’s men level. Inter had several chances throughout the match, with Provedel producing some great saves to deny Dimarco and Barella. Lautaro also hit the post after the restart.
The party is about to start at San Siro, where the Nerazzurri have now played for the final time this season. For Inter, the 2023/24 campaign will conclude away to Verona next week.
