MILAN – Inter and Gatorade have announced that their collaboration is set to continue. The PepsiCo brand will be the club’s Official Sport Drink for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 campaigns, a continuation of a fruitful partnership which began five seasons ago.
The world’s number one sport’s drink* will aid in the Nerazzurri’s performances both in Serie A and the UEFA Champions League, the competition itself a Gatorade partner since 2015. The brand will once again back the 2022/23 finalists in the most important and prestigious continental club football competition.
Gatorade’s commitment goes beyond just encompassing the men’s team – the brand will also carry on as the Official Partner of Inter Women.
The renewal of this partnership reasserts Gatorade's commitment to supporting European football excellence and speaks volumes of the ever-strengthening bond between the two companies, both of whom are international sporting icons which share the values of high-performance, innovation and respect for the environment.
As Inter's Official Sports Drink, Gatorade’s branding will once again feature prominently at San Siro, appearing on the LED advertising hoardings, as well as product placement on the benches, in the changing rooms and in the club's hospitality rooms.
A significant new feature of the partnership is the introduction of the 500ml Gatorade bottle made of 100% recycled plastic**. This was introduced to the market in 2022, taking a big step forward towards PepsiCo's commitment to circular packaging, progressively reducing the virgin plastic used in PepsiCo Italia packaging and aiming to reduce CO2 emissions by over 4,000 tonnes by 2025.
