Grandi che lasciano e piccoli che iniziano: il ciclo naturale di Inter Campus Venezuela
Inter Campus

CARACAS – At 13 years old, everyone knows that this will be their last season with Inter Campus. This sometimes strict rule allows the project to focus on the youngest, children who take their first steps on the pitch and discover social interaction through ball and team activity, who exercise their Right to Play. The moment of saying goodbye is always difficult, especially when it ends with established groups that have been part of Inter Campus for many years. This is the case in Venezuela, where many boys and girls started very young and are now almost men and women. At the same time, there is the other side of the coin: the one made up of dozens of newcomers who can't wait to take the field, no longer welcomed as exceptions, but officially 'intercampisti', as they like to call themselves. A cycle of life that feeds off itself, giving new enthusiasm and energy to the local coaches and gradually including the entire community. By now, almost everyone in the neighbourhood has come through the ranks of Inter Campus and many are working to ensure that their children can also participate. It is the best compliment we can receive. The project is co-financed by the UEFA Foundation for Children.
