Hakan Calhanoglu's 150 appearances with Inter

Since making his debut with a goal and an assist against Genoa on the first day of Serie A 2021/22, Calhanoglu has become an irreplaceable mainstay for the Nerazzurri match after match. In his first season he scored eight goals and 12 assists, leaving his mark in decisive matches such as those against AC Milan, Juventus and in the Coppa Italia final. The second year was his breakthrough: his role evolved, and he showed great versatility in managing the team's playing rhythm. With 49 appearances, 3 goals and 6 assists, he shone especially in Europe, being decisive against Barcelona and Porto, earning the title of Man of the Match several times.

In the 2023/24 season, the Nerazzurri number 20 experienced his best season in terms of goals, scoring 15 goals in total and becoming a relentless penalty taker. With the goal he scored against Frosinone, he became the top Turkish scorer in the history of Serie A with 37 goals, while his first double in Serie A, scored against Monza, was a further milestone in an unforgettable season that culminated in the great and extraordinary celebration of the 20th Scudetto.
