200 Inter appearances for Barella

200 appearances in all competitions for Inter. In starting the match against Roma, Nicolò Barella reached a prestigious milestone, becoming the third player in the current Nerazzurri squad to do so after Stefan de Vrij (213) and Lautaro Martínez (251).

After arriving in Milano in the summer of 2019, the No.23 played his first Inter match in a four-goal victory over Lecce before bagging his first goal on his Champions League debut a few days later against Slavia Praha. The Italian has gone on to net 20 times across four seasons where he’s won the Scudetto, the Supercoppa Italiana (x2) and the Coppa Italia (x2).

Barella is also a firm fixture in the Italy line-up and won the Euros as a starter at Wembley. Thanks to his performances, Nicolò was named the 2022/23 Serie A midfielder of the season, an award he also received after the 2020/21 campaign.
