Acerbi: “We need to look ahead and grow together”

“It’s always great and enjoyable to start again and catch up with your teammates. Last season, we enjoyed a fantastic final two months in all competitions. The group came to the fore in decisive matches and we need to build on that, always helping one another. The most important thing is always the group. Knowing that last season went well, my personal objective is to improve and give everything. Now, however, I need to start again with renewed drive and motivation. We always need to look ahead and give something extra without ever turning back. We grow together. I remember Frattesi at Sassuolo, he’s a very good player. He works hard and is humble. He’ll lend us a big hand.”
