LA SPEZIA - Inter picked up their third win in a row by beating Spezia 3-1 away from home on Good Friday.
The Nerazzurri had to deal with a lively Emmanuel Gyasi at the start of the match, before kicking into gear and hitting the post through an Edin Dzeko effort. Inter then took the lead through a lovely Marcelo Brozovic finish - the Croat's first in Serie A this season - with the assist coming from a tidy knock-down by Danilo D'Ambrosio.
The hosts were keen to make amends in the second half but Inter held firm. On the hour mark Simone Inzaghi threw Lautaro Martinez and Alexis Sanchez into the mix who caused nightmares for the Spezia defence. The Argentine scored in the 73rd minute after being set up by Ivan Perisic and Inter thought they had the game wrapped up. However Giulio Maggiore netted for Spezia with a few minutes to go and had the Nerazzurri on edge.
In the end it was just a scare and Inter sealed the game in the 94th minute through a Sanchez strike, set up by Lautaro.
