TURIN – Inter snatched a 1-1 draw away to Torino late on in the Serie A Week 29 clash. The hosts took the lead on 12 minutes when Gleison Bremer flicked the ball into the corner after a scramble in the box. The Nerazzurri responded well, but were thwarted by an inspired Etrit Berisha who denied Lautaro Martinez and Hakan Calhanoglu.
Inter kept pushing for an equaliser in the second half through Matias Vecino, Federico Dimarco and Edin Dzeko, while Torino looked dangerous on the break. Robin Gosens had to make a last-ditch block to prevent Josip Brekalo from finding the net and Samir Handanovic did well to parry Armando Izzo’s effort.
Dzeko saw a header go over the bar from point-blank range, but there was still time for Sanchez to conjure up an equaliser in the third minute of stoppage time when his right-footed shot went in off the post to salvage a point for Simone Inzaghi’s side.
