Inter 0 - 2 Sassuolo Highlights

Inter fell to a 2-0 defeat at San Siro against Sassuolo in Serie A Matchday 26. The visitors took the lead after only eight minutes; Giacomo Raspadori finished past Samir Handanvoic wish a tidy right-footed effort, set up by Domenico Berardi. The Nerazzurri tried to bounce back but Gianluca Scamacca doubled Sassuolo's lead just before the half hour mark, finishing off a Hamed Traore cross. Andrea Consigli played a blinder for the visitors, keeping out efforts from Milan Skriniar and Roberto Gagliardini, before Berardi came close to getting a third for his side.

After the half time break Inter came out of the blocks all guns blazing. Consigli once again denied the Nerazzurri, blocking two Edin Dzeko efforts. The hosts squandered several other chances before the game eventually finished 2-0 to the visitors. Simone Inzaghi's men remain on 54 points in the league.
