MILAN – FC Internazionale Milano informs its fans about the procedure for refunding tickets for the UEFA Europa League match against Ludogorets, which will be played on Thursday 27 February at San Siro behind closed doors, as established by the authorities.
PURCHASES MADE ONLINE AT INTER.IT
All tickets purchase on the official inter.it website, almost 90% of total tickets, will be automatically cancelled and refunded. The buyer does not have to do anything: the entire amount will be credited back to the payment card used for the purchase.
PURCHASES MADE AT THE SALES POINTS
Fans who have purchased tickets at the two sales points, San Siro Stadium and Inter Store Milan, will have to go to the Inter Store Milan in Galleria Passarella 2 (Metro San Babila) and return the paper tickets to receive a refund. The ticket office will open every day from Wednesday 26 February to Tuesday 3 March, from 10:00 CET to 19:00 CET.
The paper tickets must be returned within five days after the match, i.e. by Tuesday 3 March, the deadline for producing the financial documentation of the event.
All those who have purchased a ticket at one of the Vivaticket sales points will be able to obtain a refund according to the methods that are currently being defined in light of the extraordinary context, which will be communicated in the coming days.
TICKETS DOWNLOADED ON THE 'SIAMO NOI' CARD
In case of digital purchase, i.e. by loading the ticket on the ‘Siamo Noi’ card, it will be sufficient to show the purchase receipt.
