The Nerazzurri midfielder made his mark after coming on in the second half of tonight's match

MILAN - After coming on in the second half, Stefano Sensi was part of the late Inter siege on goal which eventually paid off. The midfielder spoke to Inter TV about the Nerazzurri’s win after the full-time whistle: “This was a team comeback, it came from the group’s desire. We knew that it would be difficult because they play well and they’re a good team. We showed character and we’re happy with the win.

“It’s not easy to come on, especially not when the side is behind. From the bench, you have the chance to see the game from a different perspective and understand what’s lacking and what the Coach wants. Of course, I lacked consistency last year with some physical issues and I’ve worked on prevention. This season, we expect to be ambitious and not make the same mistakes as last season because Inter must always aim as high as possible. I feel good, I don’t know if I’m at 100 per cent, but we all work a lot in the week and the important thing is to always be ready.”
