— Oct 26th 2020Starting from 30 September, season ticket holders will be able to request a refund for the seven home matches played behind closed doors last season
MILAN – Following on from the Club’s announcement on 27 July, FC Internazionale Milano can confirm that from 10:00 CEST on Wednesday 30 September, the online reimbursement request procedure for the seven 2019/20 Serie A matches played behind closed doors will be active for season tickets loaded on a SiamoNoi card.
Through the online procedure, it’ll be possible to choose between two reimbursement methods: a monetary/bank transfer or a voucher option, the latter of which can be used to buy season tickets or any other tickets within 18 months of being handed out.
Season ticket holders who opt for the voucher option will have the chance to take part in a draw and win exclusive Nerazzurri prizes, such as a day at the Suning Training Centre at Appiano Gentile and a visit to the Inter HQ in Milan, plus a 2020/21 Home Shirt signed by Vice-President Javier Zanetti.
The monetary refund will see an amount equivalent to the seven matches played behind closed doors reimbursed via bank transfer. The transfer will be made within 30 days from the last day of the refund request period.
In order to make a request, you must be registered on Inter.it, where your user profile needs to be associated with the number on the Siamo Noi card on which your season ticket is loaded. You will then be able to access the reimbursement page and select the option that you prefer out of the two proposals.
The online procedure for 2019/20 season ticket holders will remain active until Friday 30 October 2020.
We’d also like to inform all 2019/20 season ticket holders that, as we wait for San Siro to be reopened, it will remain possible for them to confirm their season ticket holder status during the 2021/22 season ticket campaign. Furthermore, they will have access to an advance sales window for tickets that will potentially go on sale over the course of the 2020/21 campaign.
