MILAN – Elevation, timing, power, precision. The 2019/20 season saw the Nerazzurri score plenty of goals using these traits, from Lautaro Martinez’s header against Cagliari on matchday two in the league, all the way to Godin’s thumping effort in the Europa League final. Inter scored the most headers out of any side in Europe’s Top 5 leagues across all competitions in the 2019/20 season: 26.

These goals were shared between eleven of our Nerazzurri, with Lukaku leading the charge on six headed goals, the first of which came in our first Derby of the season. Behind our Belgian came Lautaro Martinez and Danilo D’Ambrosio on four headers apiece, then Stefan de Vrij with three of these goals.
