DÜSSELDORF – With 48 hours to go until the game against Sevilla, Lautaro Martinez - key figure in the semi-final with a brace against Shakhtar - gave an interview to uefa.com: “I’m really happy. We hope that this game will be an unforgettable one. It’s been a difficult year for everyone, generally speaking, but we’re happy with what we’ve done since the start of the season. We’ve grown a lot and are feeling good here in Germany. Now, we’re concentrating on what to expect and we’re preparing well. I think the team’s personality and work ethic have shown that Inter are growing as a team and that we’re a united group. We’re showing that we’ve grown and that we’re team. And this is important. As a coach, Conte trusts me and has helped me grow. He hasn’t just done that with me, but with the whole group.”
On Sevilla: “They’re a tough team; they press hard, use the whole pitch and play great football. That’s why they’re in the final. We need to study, train and prepare as we did for each other game. We’ll need to cancel out their strengths and put ourselves ahead.”
