Inter Campus and UEFA Foundation, a new project for Africa
Community
— Apr 17th 2020In the words of Zanetti and UEFA President Čeferin, the Nerazzurri social commitment
It will last two years and will involve all the partners of Sub-Saharan Africa: Salesianos Dom Bosco in Angola, CSC in Cameroon, Alba Onlus in Congo and St. Joseph Primary School in Uganda. An innovative project allowing delegations from each country to participate in itinerant training weeks coordinated by the Inter Campus staff. Everyone will be the protagonist, offering his sport and social contribution in the construction of a new training methodology.
Neighboring countries, yet very different. People with distinct skills, developed precisely to meet the needs of the territories, will gather. Education through football a central theme, declined according to local needs: same philosophy as always, at the service of coaches and children.
“I am delighted the fruitful partnership between Inter Campus and the UEFA Foundation for Children will be continuing for another two years,” said Inter vice-president Javier Zanetti “This is the third project we will work on together, after projects in Israel and Palestine, and in Venezuela, and as always, both our organisations share the same goal - to help and improve the lives of as many children across the globe as possible.”
With him also UEFA President Mr. Čeferin, who expressed his plaudit toward the historical commitment of our Club: “I would like to pay tribute in this regard to FC Internazionale Milano, who, through Inter Campus, have been working tirelessly to improve the lives of children so they have the chance to dream of a better future.”
Important confirmations to be happy about, but not too long: a new project is just around the corner.
