The work in Poland continues, with another Special School getting involved this season

Krakow – Tailored to the specific needs and realities of the situation, every Inter Campus project adapts according to the seasons, historic moments, the places where it came into being, reflecting the changes and transformations that take place in doing so.

The Polish project started many years ago in 2002 in Krakow alongside the Jadwiga Parish and Sports Club with the aim of providing support to socially vulnerable families. Over the years, the situation for families and children has greatly improved and Inter Campus, together with its long-time local partner and the coaches there, has branched out to family homes on the outskirts of the city and has also started focusing on children with intellectual disabilities.

This is a collaboration that is continuing to grow and develop, benefitting children in particular: those involved with the Jadwiga centre, those at the Special School and those from the orphanage in Kazimierz. Furthermore, from the new season, children at a second Special School will begin to take part in the project thanks to the help provided by everyone who works behind the scenes to make this magnificent mission possible.
