D'Ambrosio: "To win the #DerbyMilano is a great feeling"

MILAN -  After playing a crucial role in the final stages of Sunday’s win, this was what Danilo D’Ambrosio had to say after the #DerbyMilano: “My ‘save’ at the end was decisive, I’m pleased with the win. The Derby is a match in itself, like a final, but we won both the first and second leg. Milan are a great team, but we proved to be superior. We’ve been above them in the league standings for a couple of years. We came out with the right attitude, managing to get the win and we wanted to share it with the fans. Luck helps those who believe. If you don’t suffer then can’t win any match, never mind the Derby. We’re accustomed to a battle and this result is a consequence of this. Winning breeds winning, and we can now enjoy the next 15 days with a smile on our faces. We’ll have a few days off and then we’ll concentrate on facing a strong team in Lazio. Is it better to win home or away? Winning the #DerbyMilan is enough…”
