Zappa: "The win against Atalanta was very important"

APPIANO GENTILE – On Sunday at 10:00 CET, the first half of the Primavera 1 TIM season will come to a close for Armando Madonna’s side, with Inter set to face Palermo on matchday 15. Gabriele Zappa spoke to Inter TV about the team’s next fixture, the match against Atalanta and the season so far:

"We’re happy, the win against Atalanta in our last league match was very important. Now we can face Palermo with more confidence and with more awareness of what we’re capable of. The year has begun in the best possible way, and we need to keep it up. We expect the match against the Rosanero to be different to the one we played against them when we won 6-2 in the Coppa Italia."

His thoughts on the first half of the season? "In my opinion, it hasn’t been bad, even if we could have done better. Our objective is to continue to grow and improve."
