Roberto Samaden attends the "Youth Sectors: The future of football" convention

ARCO - Roberto Samaden – Inter’s Elite Academy Director – attended the "Dai vivai il futuro del calcio" (“Youth sectors: The future of football”) convention in Arco.

Many topics were addressed, including the need to develop good directors in addition to good coaches and the “trick” to increase young players’ actual playing time. In doing so, there was one objective in mind: developing the young players of tomorrow. There were a large number of directors and coaches present belonging to the 64 teams that will take part in the 20th edition of the Pulcini Città di Arco tournament organised by Usd Arco 1895.

This was an important gathering to take a look at the most important issues that concern youth sectors and young players passionate about the sport.
