Following the draw in Bologna, the Under-19 Coach spoke with Inter TV

BOLOGNA - At the campo comunale Cavina 1, Stefano Vecchi’s Inter took to the pitch on the final matchday of the Primavera 1 TIM season. Already sure of a second-place finish and a place in the semi-finals in Reggio Emilia, the Nerazzurri drew 1-1 with Emanuele Troise’s side after Brignani opened the scoring before a Portanova own goal levelled matters after some good work by Xian Emmers who was back after his injury.

The Coach spoke about the Belgian following the match to Inter TV. "It was a positive comeback for the lad who played well in the second half. Now, we have another 15 days to get him fully back." The negatives came from Danso and Nolan being forced off. "Stephen had a muscular issue while Ryan suffered a distortion. We’ll evaluate them in the coming days."

The Coach then turned to how he motivated his side with a place in the Final Four already secure. "During the week, I told the guys that those who trained best would play. Furthermore, I gave space to those who haven’t played regularly recently. The guys did well today, we played a good game and we were able to come home with a positive result."
