MILAN – Two magnificent strikes by Radja Nainggolan proved to be Inter's undoing as Roma ran out 3-1 winners at the San Siro.
The Belgian curled an unstoppable shot inside the far post to open the scoring in the 12th minute, then hammered home another ferocious long-range effort 10 minutes into the second half to make it 2-0.
Inter rallied and Mauro Icardi halved the arrears 10 minutes from time, turning in Ivan Perisic's cross.
However, five minutes later Edin Dzeko drew a foul from Gary Medel and Diego Perotti converted from the spot to seal the points.
