Stefano Pioli's men worked both in the gym and on the pitch in their morning workout at Suning Training Centre
APPIANO GENTILE – The Nerazzurri are in at the office for a double session today.
The lads' morning programme at Suning Training Centre in memory of Angelo Moratti saw them start off in the gym with some proprioceptive exercises and strength work. Afterwards the squad moved out to the pitch for rondos and sprinting drills.
The team will be back out for another session this afternoon.
