THE WORLD IS OUR FIELD

Inter Academy is a hub that connects all the countries of the world. The newest generations are at the heart of the project, and the philosophy is to train young people to become champions on and off the pitch.

Respect for others, active participation, exchanging ideas and sharing experiences are the core values of the project: it’s our way of helping youngsters become true “Brothers and Sisters of the World”.

WHAT IS INTER ACADEMY?

Inter Academy takes the Club’s Youth Sector, the most successful in Italy, abroad. With Milano serving as a base, it gives thousands of boys and girls the opportunity to be part of an extensive international network of young footballers.

OUR COACHES

Our coaches are the Club's Ambassadors around the world: they export the philosophy, methodology and values of our Youth Sector abroad. Our staff is trained in Milan with a view to providing technical guidance for the international Inter Academy network.

INTER ACADEMY PROGRAMS

ACADEMY

The know-how, values and methodology of the Inter Youth Sector are transmitted to coaches with a view to creating sessions catered for young footballers aged 3 to 17.

CAMP

Lasting a minimum of one week, this is a programme for young footballers aged 6 to 17. Every session is supervised and coordinated by Inter Academy coaches, who are supported by local coaches.

EXPERIENCE

This is a programme for young footballers aged 8 to 17 who want to receive top-class technical training at the Club’s facilities in Milano. The programme also includes a Stadium tour, a Matchday Experience and many other surprises.
