— Apr 8th 2025Live from the Fußball Arena München, the thoughts of Lothar Matthäus, who won the 1990 Ballon d’Or and played for both clubs. Matthäus joined Inter from the Bavarian side in the late '80s and, thanks to his talent and charisma, lit up Inter’s midfield, becoming one of the icons of the record-breaking 1988/89 Scudetto-winning team. He also played a key role in the Club’s triumphs in the 1989 Supercoppa Italiana and the 1990/91 UEFA Cup – the first in Inter’s history.
