Inter's training ground, the
Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti, is
located on the outskirts of Appiano Gentile, a village in
the
province of Como roughly 40km northwest of Milan. Commissioned
by
Great Inter president Angelo Moratti and coach Helenio Herrera,
the
facility was built in time for the 1961/62 season, and has
been used
uninterruptedly for first team training since then.

The Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti
includes three regulation

and
can be covered by a mobile tensile structure when there is
heavy
snow or rain. Known affectionately as 'the cage', the indoor/outdoor
synthetic pitch, which measures 48m x 26m, is surrounded
by fences
to keep the ball in play.

| Gyms |
| Other facilities include two
gyms (250m2 & 100m2)
featuring the
latest in fitness equipment, a medical room for the medical,
physiotherapy and massage therapy staff, a swimming pool
with
